We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Expert with a proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have 20K+ followers on Twitter and 100K+ followers on Instagram. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.Brainstorm and pitch ideas for posts, stories, and videos that align with brand goalsCreate and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, and reels) for Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Stay on top of trends, sounds, formats, and memes—and translate them into original content.Grow and engage the audience by leveraging data-driven insights and trends.Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding.Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports for continuous optimization.Support social media calendar execution and timely posting.Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms.Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions.Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand online presence.Requirements:Proven social media presence with at least 20K+ Twitter followers and 100K+ Instagram followers.Prior experience working in or managing social media for IT companies / tech brands.Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing.Proficiency in social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for social media engagement.Ability to create viral content, trends, and interactive campaigns.Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Twitter Analytics.Experience in paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads) is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.Creativity, adaptability, and a strong visual eyeComfort being on cameraStrong copy instincts and awareness of tone, timing, and voice
