Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle. Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers. Develop existing accounts and new prospects, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals while working closely with the technical recruiters.* Maintain high level of customer satisfaction leading to additional business and referrals* Good knowledge of IT Sales and/or Health Care Sales.* Establish, develop, strengthen and maintain relationships with people at all levels of the target accounts.* Good communication skills required.* RPO background is preferred.
