HR IT Recruiter
1-2 yrs experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record of high-quality and fast-paced recruiting. End to End Recruitment from scratch till closing of the positions. Maintain a database of qualified candidates. Use job boards (Naukri), LinkedIn, networking, social media, cold calling to source passive and active candidates. Ability to develop effective job descriptions and screening criteria. Capable to help in other HR generalist activities. Should come with Positive attitude, confident, flexible to shifts & target oriented. Good communication skills (writing/speaking). Attention to details and good at team work. Capable to work in fast paced working environment and under pressure. Ready to sign 1 yr service agreement. Should be an MBA-HR or have any other degree in HR. Preference would be given to immediate or early joiners.
