Customer Success/ Tech Support Representative (CSR/ TSR) will support the post-sales customer lifecycle as it relates to customer adoption, on-going support, program optimization, and expansion. CSRs/ TSRs are the main connection for all customer related inquiries and are responsible for building strong relationships with our customers. The day to day activities will be handling chat conversations, phone calls, support tickets and working with our engineers, tech support, sales team to ensure we bring a world-class experience to every interaction with our customers.
