We're looking for a passionate AI Robotics Engineer to join our core team and develop cutting-edge software for robotic arms using modern AI frameworks like LeRobot from Hugging Face.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-driven software systems for robotic arms.Leverage LeRobot for robot simulation, control, and integration with physical hardware.Implement and fine-tune machine learning models using Hugging Face Transformers or similar frameworks for vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning-based control.Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration between software and hardware.Develop intelligent grasping, manipulation, and motion planning algorithms.Create user-friendly interfaces and APIs for robotic arm control and monitoring.Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code for both cloud and edge deployment.Contribute to R&D efforts and stay up to date with the latest AI/robotics research and technologies.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, AI, or related field.2+ years of experience in robotics software development.Proficiency in Python and C++.Hands-on experience with robotic frameworks (e.g., ROS, LeRobot, MoveIt).Solid understanding of AI/ML techniques, especially in reinforcement learning or deep learning.Experience with Hugging Face libraries for machine learning applications.Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Isaac Sim, PyBullet).Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Bonus SkillsExperience in working at or building early-stage startups.Knowledge of robotic arm kinematics, dynamics, and control theory.Familiarity with edge computing or real-time systems.Experience with computer vision and sensor fusion.
